Parking & Transportation

Do you offer transportation services?
We are proud to offer a complimentary electric-powered Shuttle Service to and from downtown from 7:00 am - 10:30 pm; shuttle service runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour daily. Transportation to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport departs Aspen Meadows Resort twice per hour, on the 15 and 45 minute mark of each hour from 6:45 am -10:15 pm daily. Please call the bell desk at 970.925.7826 to make your airport shuttle reservation. During the winter months, we offer a complimentary skier shuttle to Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands. Transportation to Aspen Mountain is available via our downtown shuttle service. View the schedule and details here. 

Where can I park my oversized vehicle?
The nearest parking location for oversized vehicles is between the tennis courts, next to our parking garage.

How much does it cost to valet my vehicle?
We offer valet parking at an overnight rate of $40. There is complimentary on-site self-parking in a covered garage, located just below the Tennis Center. For vehicles taller than 8 feet, we offer outdoor parking between the tennis courts. We also offer two EV charging stations by Endera. There is no additional fee for parking. You will receive complimentary in and out access from 7 AM to 10 PM

Can the valet charge my electric vehicle?
Yes, we have 2 EV charging stations available.

How long is the drive from the airport?
The Aspen/Pitkin County Airport is located just 3.3 miles from the Aspen Meadows Resort, approximately an 8–10-minute drive.

Fitness / Pool / Recreation

Do you have to be staying at the hotel to use the pool?
Yes, you must be an overnight resort guest or a member of the Health Club. You must also make a day of reservations by contacting the Health Club at 970.544.7860.

Is the pool open year-round?
Yes, the heated lap pool is open year-round for our overnight guests and Health Club Members.

Do you have a fitness center?
Aspen Meadow Resort features a Health Club located down the drive past the Doerr-Hosier Center. The Health Club is accessible 24/7 with treadmills, two Peloton bikes, and weightlifting equipment. If you prefer to take your exercise outside, we have a connection to the Rio Grande Trail, connecting you directly into downtown Aspen or take a stroll along the Rio Grande River, 42 miles in the other direction.

Do you offer ski/snowboard storage?
We offer a ski rack for day or overnight ski/snowboard storage by the Front Desk. For guests that rent or demo gear, we recommend Four Mountain Sports locations in Aspen or Snowmass, which offer complimentary overnight on-mountain ski and snowboard storage, as well as overnight inter-mountain equipment transfers. Guests that wish to store their own gear may do so for a nominal charge with Four Mountain Sports, located next to the Gondola and across Durant Street from the Gondola at Aspen Mountain, and at each of the four mountains of Aspen Snowmass. Our concierge is pleased to assist with these arrangements. 

Can I rent bikes and snowshoes?
We offer complimentary bike rentals during the summer season and snowshoes during the winter season at the Resnick-Malek Health Club. Please enjoy them for 4 hours at a time. We also participate in WE-Cycle, a public bike share program, on a seasonal basis. Enjoy unlimited 30-minute rides or less in Aspen, Basalt and Snowmass Village, by checking out a bike from one of our three stations on property. You can drop them off at any of the 46 stations around town.

May children dine at your restaurants?
Yes, children may dine at all our dining outlets.

Are Reservations Required at your restaurants?
We recommend guests to make dinner advanced reservations.

General Resort 

What suite categories have connecting options?
We do not guarantee a connection of two guest suites. Only our one-bedroom suite has connecting doors. We try our best to accommodate requests but are unable to guarantee.

How many floors does your hotel have?
Each guest suite building has two floors. Please note, that we do not have elevators but do offer ADA-accessible Suites.

What is the Aspen Meadows Resort cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the arrival date of the reservation and will be outlined both within the booking engine and your confirmation email.

Do you offer rollaway beds?
Yes, we can provide a rollaway bed upon request with a $50 per night fee.

Is Aspen Meadows Resort dog-friendly?
We welcome a maximum of two (2) dogs per suite, per stay. A $50 pet fee per pet per night will be applied. Service dogs are permitted at our dining outlets. Please view our pet policy and pet agreement.

Is there an age requirement to reserve an overnight stay at the Aspen Meadows Resort?
We welcome guests with a legally verified age of at least 21 years old. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you have a business center?
Our front office offers printing services. All guests receive complimentary WIFI.

How may I purchase a gift certificate?

Do you allow smoking?
Aspen Meadows Resort is a smoke-free property. All accommodations are non-smoking. A cleaning fee (minimum of $250, based on accommodation size) will be assessed in the event of a violation.
