Welcome to the Aspen Meadows Resort

The Aspen Meadows Resort wholeheartedly believes in taking care of people. The safety of our guests and associates will always be our number one priority. 

Please read the important information below regarding your stay.

What property amenities are available?


Full- and partial-service housekeeping is available daily between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Please call the front desk to schedule or inform your room attendant. No guests or pets may be present in the room while it is being serviced. If you do not want service, please leave your Do Not Disturb sign on your door. 

Dining at Plato's & To-Go Food

Currently, the following services will be offered in our spacious restaurant:

  • Breakfast 7:00 am - 11:00 am – To-Go only. Complimentary Coffee service is available from 7:00 am - 10:00 am.
  • An All-Day menu is available from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. Reservations are required.
  • The Harvest menu is available from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Wednesday to Sunday inside Plato’s, only.
  • Call 970-544-7824 or visit to reserve and to view menus.


Airport and Town Shuttle services are available every 30 minutes from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm and require advance reservation. Passengers are required to wash hands prior to travel and wear a mask. Space will be limited to 40% capacity. Contract tracing will be mandatory. 

Health Center

The Resnick-Malek Health Center and the outdoor pool are open with limited capacity from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Space for each can be booked for same-day reservations only, beginning at 8:00 am. Call 970-930-7247 to reserve.

  • Bicycles are available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for 4 hours per day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Locker rooms and steam rooms will not be available, so please come dressed for your swim or work-out.
  • Towels, lounge chairs, and water are unavailable.


The tennis courts are available for guests. Private lessons can be scheduled in advance. We recommend bringing your own rackets and balls but these are available if needed. To schedule your court time, call 970-544-7111.

What are we doing to keep our guests COVID safe?

In order to meet the new health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has implemented our ‘Count on Us’ initiative. In partnership with Ecolab, a global leader and with nearly 100 years of experience in water, hygiene, and infection prevention technologies and services, all Wyndham Hotels and Resorts have implemented as a brand standard the use of Ecolab’s EPA-approved disinfectant products in all hotel guestrooms and public spaces. It is our expectation that no guest within your traveling group is presently suffering from, or has suffered from any symptoms of COVID-19 in the 14 days leading up to your stay. Symptoms may include fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell. In addition, we expect that no one in your party has knowingly been in contact with anyone confirmed to have had COVID-19, in the 14 days prior to your arrival at the hotel. If you or any member of your traveling group begin to display symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay, you must immediately notify hotel management and seek medical attention.


During your stay, we ask all guests to observe appropriate health hygiene and social distancing measures, including:

  • Face masks are required in all indoor public areas and outside within 6 feet of others
  • Sneezing and coughing into one’s elbow
  • Refraining from shaking hands or engaging in any unnecessary physical contact with other guests or team members
  • Washing hands often with soap and warm water and using hand sanitizer when soap and water are unavailable.
  • All guests must maintain at least 6 feet social distancing from other traveling groups while on the property, including restaurants and all other public areas.
  • Groups should not congregate in any public areas of the hotel and will be asked to disperse if necessary.
  • Elevators are limited to occupancy by 2 people or 1 traveling group at a time.
  • Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms.
  • Pets are allowed on the property and in guest rooms and owners must strictly adhere to leash requirements while in any public areas and outdoor spaces.
  • All guests must follow the direction of hotel management and team members when given health and safety instructions.

Things may change going forward, but one thing that will not change is our commitment to provide you and your family with grand service and a safe and secure stay.
