Prepare for Your Stay

Aspen Meadows Resort is focused on guest and staff safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. We abide by all safety regulations set forth by the State of Colorado and Pitkin County, which are subject to change. Familiarize yourself with Aspen's current Covid-19 dial and latest updates. 

At the current time, all individuals including staff and guests must maintain social distance requirements. 

Anyone above age 2 must wear masks indoors, and in designated outdoor public spaces in the town of Aspen. 

Do you have any mandatory policies for guests during COVID-19?

Yes. In order to protect our staff and other guests, we ask all guests to abide by the following safety measures prior and during your stay with us. 

Prior to your arrival: 

We insist that anyone that is presently suffering from, or has suffered in the previous 14 days from any symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough or shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, or has been exposed to anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to arrival at the hotel, must stay home and not travel to Aspen. Please contact our reservations team to cancel or move your reservation. We will work with any party inside their cancellation window to ensure that your safety and the well-being of our other guests remain first priority. 

Skiers and Snowboarders: 

If you plan to ski and buy lift tickets, please book in advance. The number of skiers and snowboarders allowed on the mountains each day may be limited. Book your lift tickets in advance and secure your spot on the mountain. 

During your stay at Aspen Meadows:

  • If you or any member of your traveling group begin to display symptoms of COVID-19, you agree to immediately seek medical attention and inform hotel management.
  • All guests agree to follow the direction of hotel management and team members when given health and safety instructions. 
  • We require face masks in all indoor public areas and outside, within 6 feet of others, including at restaurants, in the fitness center, and all other public areas. 
  • Please refrain from shaking hands or engaging in any unnecessary physical contact with other guests or team members.

EXTRA HOTEL SAFETY MEASURES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC:

HOUSEKEEPING

Our suites are thoroughly cleaned in advance of each arrival, using EPA-approved disinfectant products by Ecolab, a global leader in hygiene and infection protection services. All public areas, including our meeting spaces and event venues, are cleaned meticulously throughout each day by staff members that abide by the strictest of health measures.Our team members wear masks, as well as gloves where appropriate.

Full- and partial-service housekeeping is available daily between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Please call the front desk to schedule or inform your room attendant. If you do not want service, please leave your Do Not Disturb sign on your door. Housekeeping, engineering, and other team members may not enter occupied rooms at any time.

CONTACT TRACING 

BOOK YOUR WORKOUTS SWIMS, RIDES, DINING RESERVATIONS 

Reservations are required for use of our dining facilities, fitness center, lap pool, hot tub, and for shuttle service, to ensure we may properly sanitize all spaces before and after use. This allows guests to benefit from contact tracing and to be informed, in the event that an asymptomatic guest has unknowingly exposed them to the virus.

DINING

Currently, the following services will be offered in our spacious restaurant:

  • Breakfast 7:00 am - 11:00 am at Plato's.  To-Go only, for the time being. 
  • A complimentary coffee service is available from 7:00 am - 10:00 am.
  • An All-Day menu is available from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. Reservations are required.
  • The Harvest menu will be available starting in December.
  • Call 970-544-7824 or visit www.platosaspen.com to reserve and to view menus.
  • S'mores are available from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm by reservation only in 20-minute increments. Please contact the restaurant to reserve.
  • Please note that per Pitkin County's restrictions, our dining capacity is currently 25%. We will not be taking reservations for parties larger than 6 people. All guests dining with us will need to leave a name and phone number for contact tracing. We will be doing a temperature screen on all guests dining with us. Guests will be required to completely wear a mask at all times, no exceptions.

SHUTTLE SERVICE 

Airport and Town Shuttle services are available every 30 minutes from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm and require advance reservation. Passengers are required to wash hands prior to travel and wear a mask. Space will be limited to 40% capacity. Contract tracing will be mandatory. 

HEALTH CENTER 

The Resnick-Malek Health Center and the outdoor pool are open with limited capacity from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Space for each can be booked for same-day reservations only, beginning at 8:00 am. Call 970-930-7247 to reserve. Locker rooms and steam rooms will not be available, so please come dressed for your swim or work-out.
