COVID-19 Update

When are we opening?

The Aspen Meadows Resort opened on June 1, 2020 following county guidelines for capacity limitations for both our guest rooms and restaurants.

What property amenities are available?

The following amenities and services are available on-site currently:


Daily housekeeping service will not be available during guest stays. Please contact the front desk if you need any items refreshed or any specific cleaning requests. For longer stays of 4 or more days, housekeeping service can be scheduled but no guests may be present in the room during cleaning.


Currently the following services will be offered in our Plato's Restaurant and on the Plato's Deck:

  • Breakfast 7am-11am – To-Go only. Complimentary Coffee is available from 7-10am daily.
  • Lunch/Dinner 11am-8pm – Dine-In/To-Go available.
  • Beginning on July 4th, we will offer a prix-fixe menu from 5:30pm
  • Advanced reservations are required. Call 970-544-7824 or visit to reserve and to view menus.


Complimentary Shuttle Service from the Aspen Airport and Downtown Aspen are available on request and require advanced notice. Hours and space will be limited and passengers are required to wash hands prior to travel and wear a mask.

Health Center

The Resnick-Malek Health Center and Outdoor Pool are open with limited capacity. Space for each can be booked for Same-Day-Reservations only from 7:30am to 8pm. Call 970-544-7860 or dial 7860 from your room to reserve a spot.

Locker rooms will not be available so please come dressed for your swim or work-out.

Towels and water are unavailable and the Jacuzzi is closed until further notice.


The tennis courts are available for guests. Private lessons can be scheduled in advance. We recommend bringing your own rackets and balls but these are available if needed. Call 970-544-7111.

Where can I find information on activities and restaurants in Aspen?

What are we doing to be Covid safe?

In order to meet the new health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has implemented our ‘Count on Us’ initiative. In partnership with Ecolab, a Global leader and with nearly 100 years of experience in water, hygiene and infection prevention technologies and services, all Wyndham Hotels and Resorts have implemented as a brand standard the use of Ecolab’s EPA-approved disinfectant products in all hotel guestrooms and public spaces. In order to provide additional safety measures in guest rooms:

  • Some amenities have been removed from the rooms and are available upon request. These include bath amenities, hair dryers, kitchenware, iron/ironing boards, robes and stationary. Newspapers will not be available until further notice but local news is available online at or

What are out expectations of our guests?

  • In order to help ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members, we require all guests to acknowledge the following:
  • No guest within your traveling group is presently suffering from, and has not in the previous 14 days suffered from any symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough or shortness of breath, nor to your knowledge been in contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
  • If you or any member of your traveling group begin to display symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay, you will immediately notify hotel management and seek medical attention.

In addition, during your stay all guests are expected to observe appropriate health hygiene and social distancing measures as required by Pitkin County Health, including:

  • Wearing a face masks in all indoor public areas and outdoors within 6 feet of others
  • Sneezing and coughing into one’s elbow
  • Refraining from shaking hands or engaging in any unnecessary physical contact with other guests or team members; and
  • Washing hands often with soap and warm water and using hand sanitizer when soap and water are unavailable.
  • Maintaining at least 6 feet of social distancing from other guests while on property, including restaurants and all other public areas.
  • Refraining from congregating in any public areas of the hotel. Guests will be asked to disperse if necessary.
  • Limiting occupancy in the two property elevators (located in the Walter Isaacson Center and in the Doerr-Hosier Center) to 2 individuals or 1 known group at a time.
