The Aspen Meadows Resort, home to the Aspen Institute, boasts years of meeting and conference catering experience and has been praised as one of the best Aspen meeting venues, and for good reason! With 40 sweeping acres, 22,000 sq.ft. of meeting and event space, 14 meeting rooms throughout 6 different buildings, state-of-the-art audio-visual technology and 24 hour business center, we understand why heads of state, diplomats and business leaders from around the world come back again and again for their business and corporate retreats.
This Aspen conference facility has deemed incredible awards for our unique spaces including the ultra-green, Gold LEED certified Doerr-Hosier Center boasting smaller-scale rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, a permanent art gallery and the expansive McNulty Room. Also on the list is our newly renovated Paepcke Memorial Building, home to the Paepcke Auditorium; a beautiful locale which has been the stage for famous speakers such as President Bill and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, His Holiness the Dali Lama, Karl Rove, Biz Stone, President Barak Obama, James Cameron and Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, just to name a few.
