Returning for a second year after a highly-successful inaugural celebration, this event will celebrate the Juneteenth holiday with a musical tribute to 50 years of hip hop and feature brunch-inspired food from acclaimed chefs including James Beard award-winners Erick Williams, Damarr Brown, and Gregory Gourdet, plus JJ Johnson, and James Beard-nominated local chef and entrepreneur, Mawa McQueen. Wine will be curated by Tahiirah Habibi. Music by DJ Doughboy. The uplifting gathering, which falls on the last day of the FOOD & WINE Classic, offers panoramic mountain views from Plato’s Restaurant and Deck and the Madeleine K. Albright Pavilion at the Walter Isaacson Center.

When you’re in Aspen, every day is like a holiday. We offer brunch daily from 7 am to 2 pm. Enjoy a cheerful and leisurely social meal of traditional brunch favorites, with some Plato’s twists, punctuated with fresh juices or something a bit stronger.
Complimentary electric-powered shuttle service is available to and from Plato’s from three locations in Aspen’s downtown core. (Outside Belly Up, Aspen Mountain, and Hotel Jerome.)
